All lessons are purchased in blocks of four. A $200 deposit will be made in advance to pay for a block of 4 half-hour private lessons, or 4 one hour group lessons. As each lesson is taken, the date and time will be recorded and the appropriate amount deducted from your account. (Private half-hour lessons or one hour group lessons are $50 each.) Cost for special activities will be posted in advance. Check with your instructor to see if you qualify. Deposits are not refundable. However, your balance may be used for services or products at Chrislar.
Deposits/Payments may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Cash payments should be made in person to obtain a receipt. Credit card payments may be made in person or by telephone. Checks may be mailed in advance, or deposited in the Farm Office Mailbox noting on the check the exact times and dates of your lessons (please call to verify the date and time is available). Checks should be made payable to Chrislar Farm.
One free lesson will be provided to any student who refers a new student to us, provided the new student has paid for, and is participating in the Program for a minimum of ten (10) lessons.
Please schedule only those lessons you feel you can realistically make. If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify the FARM before noon on the day prior to your scheduled lesson (i.e., call Tuesday before noon to cancel for Wednesday). Your account will reflect the date and time of cancellation. Your account will be charged if you do not call, do not attend, or if you cancel late, regardless of the reason. (Sorry, No Exceptions). Cancellation on a shorter notice does not allow us sufficient time to reschedule that time/date for another student.
