Our monthly training/stabling rate is $975 per month; ($1000 less $25
prompt payment discount = $975). This rate includes training, and
working with that horse and owner as part of the training. For
customers not wishing to participate in the training program, we offer
one "Free" lesson per week, on their horse, included in this rate.
Please see the Stabling Agreement for more details. A $5 per hour
credit is given to those owners whose horses are not participating in
the training program, whose horses are qualified, and that we are
permitted to use in the Club/Lesson Program. The total credit is
applied to their monthly invoice. Farrier, Veterinarian, Dental and
Alternative Medical Equine Care is supervised and provided on a
regularly-scheduled basis for YOU. Other "services" available at
Chrislar include: Professional body-clipping, sheath cleaning, blanket
cleaning and repair, tack and equipment repair and
tack/equipment/apparel available for sale/purchase. We are happy to
order equipment on your behalf.
Riding Lessons
Half-hour private lessons scheduled during high demand
times are available and "reserved" for beginner riders only and for
evaluation of new experienced riders. All lessons are purchased in blocks of four: $200 for 4 half-hour private lessons, or 4 one hour group lessons. You will advance into group lessons when you
qualify, at the same rate per lesson, but now, the lesson will be for
one hour. Group lessons typically consist of 5 to 8 riders. To use the
club horses for other activities or horse shows, students must be
riding regularly in group lessons. Lessons may be scheduled in person,
or by telephone (not via email). A note should accompany all payments
indicating the specific dates and times covered by the payment. Please
see the online Equestrian Club scheduling
procedures
page for more details.

Horse Shows
Horse Show Competition Rates are available in detail on a separate form
distributed every January for that year's shows. Farm-owned horses are
available for students to compete with at local shows scheduled by the
Farm with instructors available for coaching/teaching at the show. If
you are interested in competing at higher level Morgan Horse Shows,
this will require horse ownership (horses of a higher caliber) that
must be active in the training program. If you are interested in
competition, let us know... we are most happy guide and support you.
